A quality topcoat can restore your vehicle’s sleek look and protect the paintwork. Rhinothane T
This two-pack polyurethane high performance topcoat is suitable for steel fabrications, truck refinishing and refurbishing fibreglass substrates. It is available in an extensive range of colours in gloss and easy colour matching with the Coloryte® Industrial Tint System. At 25ºC, Rhinothane T is touch dry in 45 minutes, hard dry in 6 hours, with full cure in 5 days. Recoating is required within 16 to 24 hours to ensure good intercoat adhesion, while sanding is recommended 24 hours before recoating. A quality primer is recommended.
Rhinothane AC
Rhinothane AC is a two-pack acrylic-modified polyurethane high performance topcoat suitable for truck and bus refinishing. It is also recommended for steel fabrications, including electrical transformers. It is available in a wide range of colours in gloss and easy colour matching with the Coloryte® Industrial Tint System. At 25ºC, it is touch dry in 30-45 minutes, hard dry in 12 hours, with full cure in 7 days. Recoating is required after 16 hours. A quality primer is recommended.
Rhinofleet AC HS
The paint and finish are critical to painting a picture of a sleek, cutting-edge fleet. The Rhinofleet AC HS two-pack acrylic-modified polyurethane high performance topcoat is suitable for truck and bus refinishing and steel fabrications, including cranes. It comes in a wide range of colours in gloss and easy colour matching with the Coloryte® Industrial Tint System. At 25ºC, it is touch dry in 2-3 hours, hard dry in 16 hours, with full cure in 7 days. Recoating is required after 16 hours. Wagon Paints has an extensive range of primer options.
Implement Enamel
Implement Enamel is a durable acrylic-modified alkyd topcoat for steel fabrications, including tools, agricultural machinery and metal furniture. It is available in an extensive range of colours in gloss and easy colour matching with the Coloryte® Industrial Tint System. At 25ºC, it is touch dry in 1-2 hours and hard dry in 16 hours. Wagon Paint primers are recommended.
Rapid Enamel
Fast-drying Rapid Enamel is an alkyd copolymer finish topcoat for metal and timber. It is ideal for steel fabrications, including tools, machinery and metal furniture. It comes in a wide range of colours in gloss, satin and matt, with easy colour matching thanks to the Coloryte® Industrial Tint System. Make sure you use a high-quality primer.
Transocean Niso Finish 3.60
The Transocean Niso Finish 3.60 two-pack acrylic is a flagship product in the Wagon Paints topcoat range. This waterproof, corrosion and chemical resistant product is free from isocyanates, offering superior gloss and colour retention. It is a tough, durable coating suitable for use in a variety of environments. It is ideal for steel structures, trucks, trailers, industrial and marine applications. Transocean Niso Finish 3.60 is available in white, jet black and a range of colours in gloss. At 23ºC, it is touch dry in 1 hour, hard dry in 5 hours, with a full cure in 2 days. Recoating is recommended after 8 hours. Wagon Paints has a great range of suitable Transocean primers.
