Rhinofloor AG
Rhinofloor AG is a 2-pack UV-stable saturated polyester polyurethane specifically designed as a high-performance, chemical-resistant and anti-graffiti coating system. Waterproof and hard-wearing, Rhinofloor AG comes in full gloss and satin and is suitable for domestic, retail, commercial and industrial flooring. At 25ºC, it is touch dry in 3 hours and hard dry in 12 hours, with a full cure in 7 days. Recoating is recommended within 16 to 24 hours to ensure good intercoat adhesion.
Rhinofloor HBE
Available in ‘Texture’ and ‘Flow’ varieties, this 3-pack solvent-free epoxy floor coating system is suitable for retail, commercial and industrial applications. ‘Texture’ variety provides a slight stipple effect to the aesthetic properties of the coating, while ‘Flow’ offers a smoother, glossier effect. Rhinofloor HBE comes in a range of colours in gloss (certain colours subject to minimum order requirement). At 25ºC, full cure is attained in 7 days. Recoating is recommended within 24 hours to ensure good intercoat adhesion, or after 24 hours sanding is required. Light pedestrian traffic is possible after 24 hours and light mechanical loading after 2-4 days. This product is not recommended for domestic use. Available in 16L pack kit (Pack A: 10L, Pack B: 5L, Pack C: 1L).
Rhinofloor SF Premium
Offering a low-odour seamless chemical-resistant surface, Rhinofloor SF Premium is a 2-pack epoxy solvent-free clear gloss floor coating for industrial floors, including commercial carparks, factory and warehouse floors, food processing plants and commercial kitchens. At 25ºC, it reaches full cure in 7 days with recoating required within 24 hours to ensure good intercoat adhesion. Light pedestrian traffic is possible after 24 hours and light mechanical loading after 2-4 days. Available in 27L pack kit (Pack A: 17L, Pack B: 10L). This product is not recommended for domestic use.
Rhinofloor SF Premium (Rapid)
Rhinofloor SF Premium (Rapid) is a fast drying 2-pack epoxy solvent-free floor coating for industrial floors, including commercial carparks, factory and warehouse floors, food processing plants and commercial kitchens. This product offers a low-odour seamless chemical-resistant clear gloss profile. At 25ºC, it reaches full cure in 7 days with recoating required within 24 hours to ensure good intercoat adhesion. Light pedestrian traffic is possible after 12-24 hours and light mechanical loading after 1-2 days. Available in 30L pack kit (Pack A: 20L, Pack B: 10L). This product is not recommended for domestic use.
Rhinofloor CRE
Rhinofloor CRE is an industrial-grade 2-pack solvent-free chemical-resistant Epoxy Novalac flooring system for industrial use. Suitable applications include acid plants, oil refineries, food processing plants and steel mills. It can be applied to suitably prepared horizontal and vertical surfaces and used as a non-slip protective coating when used in conjunction with appropriate anti-slip aggregates. Available in light and dark grey, at 25ºC it reaches full cure in 3 days with recoating required after 2 hours. Pedestrian traffic is possible after 24 hours and light mechanical loading in 1-2 days. The management system governing the development and manufacture of this product is proudly ISO9001:2015 certified. Rhinofloor CRE is not recommended for use in domestic situations or areas where exposure to strong organic acids and solvents is expected. It is not to be used for applications where the substrate will be immersed in concentrated sulphuric acid.
Rhinofloor HBE – SL
Rhinofloor HBE – SL is a 4-pack self-levelling solvent-free epoxy coating for industrial floors. Available in a range of colours in gloss (certain colours subject to minimum order requirement), at 25ºC, it reaches full cure in 7 days. Recoating is recommended within 24 hours to ensure good intercoat adhesion, or after 24 hours sanding is required. Light pedestrian traffic is possible after 12-24 hours and light mechanical loading after 2 days. Available in 20L pack kit (Pack A: 10L, Pack B: 5L, Pack C: 1L, Pack D: 12.5kg).
