Weather disintegration happens when there is a constant change in weather conditions and temperature.
Delamination is the splitting of layers on a surface, also known as blisters. The concrete will have small bubbles on the surface, caused by continuous exposure to direct sunlight.
The air contains carbon dioxide, and concrete has calcium hydroxide. Through a chemical reaction called carbonatation, the two chemicals will form calcium carbonate. Calcium Carbonate reduces the durability of the concrete, and it will also affect the reinforcement steel within the concrete.
