The product is abrasion resistant and offers good resistance against many solvents and chemicals. Comes in matt grey colour. At 23ºC, touch dry in 30 minutes, hard dry in 4 hours, and recoating after 24 hours. Suitable Transocean topcoats include Transpoxy, Transoprene or Transvinyl products, or can be left uncoated. Complies with SSPC Paint 20 Level 1 and ISO 12944.

Tar free, 2-pack polyamide cured epoxy coating with excellent seawater and corrosion resistance. Offers good leveling and wetting properties which enables tolerance to a lower degree of surface preparation. Comes in off white colour. At 23ºC, touch dry in 6 hours, dry to handle in 16 hours, full cure in 7 days and recoating after 12 hours and before 10 days. The product complies with FDA §175.300 for the carriage of dry foodstuffs. The product is high-build and can be applied at 250 micron dry film thickness in a single coat. For faster curing at ambient temperatures, or application at temperatures down to 0°C, a special hardener is available.

Transpoxy Barrier 2.18

Good adhesion to St3 prepared steel substrates and compatible with most aged coatings. Comes in semigloss light grey colour. At 23ºC, touch dry in 2 hours, hard dry in 16 hours, full cure in 5 days and recoating after 16 hours and before 5 days with 1-pack use. Suitable Transocean topcoats include Transpoxy, Transurethane, Transuniprene or Transunilac products, or can be left uncoated.

Transpoxy Intermediate 2.19

The product is especially suitable as an intermediate coat between organic and inorganic zinc-rich primers and the final topcoat. Comes in matt white and other colours on request. At 23ºC, touch dry in 6 hours, dry to handle in 24 hours, full cure in 7 days and recoating after 8 hours and before 3 days. Can be recoated with all Transocean Finishing series. The product complies with FDA §175.300 for the carriage of dry foodstuffs.

Fast drying alkyd finish for rapid refurbishment of containers and maintenance of steel structures in a marine and industrial environment. Comes in a range of AS2700 colours in gloss. At 23ºC, touch dry in 2 hours, hard dry in 16 hours and recoating after 1 hours and before 4 hours to ensure no wrinkling, or after 1 day. Recommended Wagonpaint primer with Hi Build Zinc Phosphate Primers.
