Transpoxy Finish 4.60

2-pack epoxy topcoat for interior and exterior use with good resistance against weathering and the spillage of solvents, lubricants and chemicals. Comes in white, black and grey in gloss. At 23ºC, touch dry in 4 hours, dry to handle in 24 hours, full cure in 5 days and recoating after 16 hours. Cures to a tough and flexible coating and provides excellent adhesion to Transpoxy priming systems.

Transpoxy Glascote 4.40

2-pack high solids glass-flake epoxy coating with outstanding chemical and abrasion resistance. Especially suitable for areas facing severe corrosive conditions such as in splash zone areas. Comes in semi-gloss black colour. At 23ºC, touch dry in 4 hours, dry to handle in 16 hours, full cure in 3 days and recoating after 12 hours. <br /><br />Complies with Norsok M 501, rev.4 requirements and coating specifications for bridges of the UK Highway Agency.

Transpoxy Intermediate 2.19

2-pack polyamide cured epoxy coating suitable for atmospheric and immersion conditions. The product is especially suitable as an intermediate coat between organic and inorganic zinc-rich primers and the final topcoat. Comes in matt white and other colours on request. At 23ºC, touch dry in 6 hours, dry to handle in 24 hours, full cure in 7 days and recoating after 8 hours and before 3 days. Can be recoated with all Transocean Finishing series. The product complies with FDA §175.300 for the carriage of dry foodstuffs.

Transpoxy MasterMio 4.46

2-pack high solids epoxy coating pigmented with micaceous iron oxide with excellent resistance against abrasion and impact. Comes in matt mid grey colour. At 23 ºC, touch dry in 2 hours, dry to handle in 8 hours, full cure in 7 days and recoating after 8 hours and before 3 months. Suitable as an intermediate coat with Transpoxy or Transurethane systems, or can be left uncoated. <br /><br />Complies with bridge coatings specifications of the UK-Highway Agency.

Transpoxy MIO Primer 1.64

2-pack polyamide cured epoxy coating pigmented with micaceous iron oxide with good resistance against abrasion and impact. The cured coating provides an excellent barrier against penetration of water and water vapour. Comes in matt silver grey colour. At 23ºC, touch dry in 6 hours, hard dry in 12 hours, full cure in 7 days and recoating after 12 hours. Can be used as a primer or intermediate coat in Transpoxy systems.

Transpoxy Uniprimer 1.71

2-pack epoxy primer for excellent protection of steel structures against corrosion in industrial and marine environments. This versatile primer can be used on steel and other metal substrates and is compatible with (ultra) high-pressure hydroblasting as surface preparation. Comes in matt light grey colour. At 23ºC, touch dry in 30 minutes, dry to handle in 4 hours, full cure in 5 days and recoating after 8 hours and before 3 months. Suitable Transocean anti-corrosive topcoats include Transpoxy, Transvinyl or Transoprene products.

Transurethane Finish HB 3.44

2-pack polyurethane topcoat with excellent gloss and colour retention. Good resistance against the spillage of oils and chemicals. Comes in white, jet black and a range of AS 2700 colours in gloss. At 23ºC, touch dry in 1 hour, hard dry in 8 hours, full cure in 7 days and recoating after 1 hours. It can be applied at a dry film thickness up to 100 microns in a single coat without affecting gloss properties.

Transurethane Shield 3.45

2-pack high solids polyurethane coating for all areas above the waterline with excellent durability and superior gloss and colour retention. Comes in a range of AS 2700 colours in semi-gloss. At 23ºC, touch dry in 2 hours, dry to handle in 6 hours, full cure in 7 days and recoating after 12 hours. Suitable Transocean primers include Transozinc Silicate 1.52, Transpoxy ZP Primer 1.55, Transpoxy MIO Primer 1.64 and Transpoxy Uniprimer 1.71. <br /><br />Complies to specifications of Norsok M-501 and ISO 20340.

Water Reducible Air Dry Enamel

Fast drying, water-based industrial enamel coating for protection and decoration of metal and timber surfaces including scaffolding, garden implements and handles, and refurbishment of containers. Comes in clear and various colours in gloss. At 25ºC, touch dry in 45-60 minutes, and overnight hard dry. Priming of substrates is generally not needed. Available in 20L and 200L pack sizes.

Zip Dry Enamel

Fast air-drying industrial enamel coating for protection and decoration of metal surfaces including trailers, machinery, waste bins, radiators and recycled steel drums. Comes in a range of colours in gloss. At 25ºC, touch dry in 10-15 minutes, hard dry in 16 hours and recoating after 10 minutes. Recommended Wagonpaint primers include Zinc Phosphate Primer or Rhinogrip® Etch Primer. May also be applied directly to bare steel. Available in 4L, 20L and 200L pack sizes.
