Wagon Paints is the Exclusive Australian Distributor for Performance Polymers (The Netherlands) which develops high temperature resistant coatings (Thermaguard™ Range) .

These coatings include Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) mitigation, high temperature coatings, and spray-on (liquid applied) insulation and generic high temperature coatings. This coating range offers next generation siloxane chemistries . The Thermaguard™ protective coating systems can be used in sectors including oil & gas, chemical, refining, power, offshore, construction, manufacturing, OEM, maintenance, mining, breweries, infrastructure, storage tanking, roofing and more. Construction

Thermaguard™ TC 1200

Single component, heat resistant, ambient curing polysiloxane topcoat which is thermally colour stable at elevated temperatures. Can be operated within cyrogenic -196 to 650ºC temperature range. Ultra-high performance regarding operating temperature and UV degradation. Comes in a full range of safety colours, RAL shades and custom colours formulated on request. At 23ºC, touch dry in 2 hours and recoating in 6-8 hours. Can be applied over suitably primed steel surfaces such as Thermaguard™ SAL 600 anti-corrosion coating and in service up to 130ºC substrate temperature. Available in 5L and 20L pack sizes.

Thermaguard™ TIC 180

High performance, waterbased, single component, ceramic filled acrylic, Thermal Insulation Coating (TIC). Provides seamless water resistant insulation film which can improve energy efficiency, prevent Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI), reduce condensation build up and provide personal protection according to ISO 13732-1 (SafeTouch™ properties). Acts as a thermal barrier, protecting interior temperatures against cold, warm & humid weather conditions. Available in white colour. At 23ºC, touch dry in 3 hours and recoating in 16-24 hours. Available in 20L pack size.

Thermaguard™ TIC 400

New technology, waterbased, single component, ambient curing, ultra-high-build inorganic polymeric siloxane matrix, Thermal Insulation Coating (TIC) for elevated temperatures. Provides a seamless, hydrophobic, weather resistant insulation film, with operating temperatures from -60 to 400ºC range. Acts as a thermal barrier, which can improve energy efficiency, prevent Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI), reduce condensation build up & provide personal protection according to ISO 13732-1 (SafeTouch™ properties). Protects interior temperatures against cold, warm & humid weather conditions. Comes in white and light grey colours (other colours may be available on request). At 23ºC, touch dry in 4-6 hours and recoating in 16-24 hours. Available in 20L pack size.

Thermaguard™ CUI 300

Unique inorganic single component, ambient curing polysiloxane coating formulated specifically to provide corrosion protection to under insulation environments where wet and dry cycling can occur. Offers solvent free (100% solids), ultra-low VOC for demanding environmental regulations and safety aspects during hot application. Conforms to the NACE SP0198-2017 classification for Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) in both cryogenic and elevated temperature (from -196 to 300ºC) applications. Exceptional resistance to thermal cycling, hot saline water immersion and chemical exposure throughout its operative temperature range. Additionally, the product can be applied in service to hot equipment operating up to 300ºC, removing the need for plant shut down periods. Comes in RAL 7035 AND RAL 3009 colours. At 23ºC. touch dry in 30 minutes and recoating in 2 hours. Available in 10L pack size.

Thermaguard™ CUI 650

Third generation, pure inorganic single component, ambient curing polysiloxane coating formulated specifically to provide corrosion protection to under insulation environments where wet & dry cycling can occur. Conforms to the NACE SP0198-2010 classification, inert multi polymeric matrix coatings for Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) in both cryogenic & elevated temperature applications. Can withstand temperatures from -196 to 650ºC, exceptional resistance to thermal cycling, hot saline water immersion and chemical exposure throughout its operating temperature range. Additionally, the product can be applied in service to hot equipment operating up to 260ºC, removing the need for plant shut down periods. Comes in light grey and dark grey. At 23ºC, touch dry in 2 hours and recoating in 6-8 hours. Available in 5L pack size.

High temperature resistant siloxane aluminum, single component, ambient curing, coating designed to provide corrosion protection throughout a range of temperatures from -196 to 600ºC. Provides corrosion protection to steel equipment which is exterior exposed and operating at elevated or cryogenic temperatures. Designed to withstand thermal cycling throughout its operating range while maintaining corrosion protection to steel substrates. Comes in AL light and AL dark colours. <br />At 23ºC, touch dry in 2 hours and recoating in 6-8 hours. Available in 5 and 20L pack sizes.

IPS 100

Single component, ambient curing, inorganic polysiloxane finish. High performance novel technology which is solvent free (100% solids) coating. Outstanding resistance to UV degradation and tough environmental conditions, low dirt pick up, anti-graffiti properties and easy maintenance. Environmentally friendly properties including ultra-low VOC level and an amine, isocyanate, tin and heavy metal free formulation. Comes in a range of RAL colours in gloss. At 23ºC, touch dry in 15-30 minutes and recoating in 5-6 hours. Available in 5L pack size (colour dependant).

IPS Hybrid

Two component, ambient curing, epoxy-polysiloxane micaceous iron oxide pigmented anti-corrosion primer. Provides outstanding resistance to corrosion, chemical, mechanical & tough environmental conditions. IPS Hybrid serves as ideal primer or intermediate coating for IPS 100 finish coat. Comes in metallic light and dark greys. At 23ºC, touch dry in 15-30 minutes and recoating in 5-6 hours. Available in 5 and 20L pack sizes.
